Which one does people find better, Family Guy or American Dad? I myself like family guy over American dad, but I wonder what other people think is better.

Tough call. They are both great shows. I think I like American Dad best. I can relate to it more then Family Guy.

See, I dont find either appealing, but then again Im the lady without the sense of humor I guess. I think the best animated series on Tv is The Simpsons. They always come up with new ideas and they are a family that I think the average american family can relate to. Although I must say I dont think Id ever marry such an idiot but it could be quite amusing at times. Futurama was pretty cool too.

Where I live, The Simpsons come on just before these two, so I usually sit back with a snack, watch the Simpsons, and change the damn channel while the ending credits are running so I don't even have to listen to the announcer say that Family Guy and American Dad are coming up next. Any body who'd watch either one of them would chase cars.

Family Guy... I didn't really like American Dad. I think I watched the pilot episode and that was it. I'd rather watch Aqua Teen than an alien goo everywhere.

I haven't really watched American Dad that much. And my boyfriend I know he doesn't watch it. He always watches Family Guy though.
