Im 21 and dont realy know what to do with my life career wise,
how does one work out what they realy want to do in life? i fell so lost about it all.
Has any one been through this in there life?

Try to think less about what suits you and more about what you are capable of doing.

Pause.
Do extensive research on the web about different careers. Try visiting the library and scout for books that give tips. Try finding out a career counsellor in the vicinity.
Do not get swayed by parents, peers.

Yes, lots of people have been through it.
Actually, it is extremely common among people your age.
You have so much opportunity ahead of you that you don't know what to do.
Talk to a career counselor or get the book "What color is my parachute." to help you figure out what you enjoy doing and what you want to do.
