Where can I download Speed Camera locations for free for a Satman iCN520?

I don't want to pay any subscription fee, I have already found some really good POI's and downloaded them but the Speed Cameras are avoiding me.

I know somone who went on to e bay and bought a disc for £3, all the imformation you need is on the disc, just type in sat nav upgrades
