If we study the History, Culture, geography and view its geopolitical than it is part of Pakistan.
Non- of its single line meet any source with India.
India enter in kashmir by western powers Spe. England, (U.K). in next side it large part is link with pakistan by religious, historical, political,, and culture point of view.
Friends, Ashish B is living in 2250 years back. what a funny person if we talk about kingdoms than India is part of Islamic kingdom not 1000's year back its only 200 years. HAHAHA. In modern world where we talking about silicon valley, Ashish B, make some real real fun of back yard history. We Americans originally belong to Europe it not mean we attack on UK or its around parts by Propaganda that UK is part of America or America is part of UK. Its all depend upon people who live in that area what they need or like.

It is part of India. Pakistan is trying to stake claims to it because it is majority Muslim. Most Kashmiris (since they are mostly Muslim) want to either secede to be their own territory or secede to Pakistan.
