It really depend of your perception of time. Because, time is relevant.
Einstein said that time was basically what a clock reads - so it is 11.03 on my clock because the standard unit for time (in our world) is the SI second, from which larger units such as the minute, hour and day are defined.
"The second is the duration of 9,192,631,770 periods of the radiation corresponding to the transition between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the caesium 133 atom."
Einstein also said that the clock can be any action or change, like the movement of the sun.
Even in Newtonian terms time may be considered the fourth dimension of motion.
So, after the end of this answer the time is already changed.

depends where you are what part of the countery are you living in because there ar imaginary line on the earth every time you pass 1 it changes time by half an hourso it all depends where u live realy

It's very well question. the time in countris is different than the other but all off them have one level, that the one is GMT. all country adjust their times with it (GMT). I'm in Tehran and Tehran having 3:30 differ with GMT.
