My friend that owns a lot says yound woman make the best salespeople. They contact better with the client and don't make the buyer feel like they know nothing.

Go For the Interview !!!

Buyers tend to trust a Female Salesperson more than a Male !

But success at interview will depend on a few things :-

1/ Employers Bias ( If they have any ! )
2/ Demographics of the buyers in the dealership
3/ Products offered for sale , IE are they primarily smaller vehicles aimed at a Female market .

Also , MOST important is your approach towards the Interview , Confidence and Appearance ( Dress Code Etc ) are the key .

GOOD LUCK :)

Go by all means. Have confidence. You will get the job. Best of luck!

To answer your question: all things being equal the woman will be hired. Men buy more cars than women. Men are men....

Generally Men, but only because they tend to know more about cars. If you are knowledgable, go for it and good luck
