Well friend, I know of what you speak! I too am the lucky and lovin it receiptiant of the same problem! yeah it sometimes makes me quite self conscience of my ablites when he has no orgasm and I have had like five! but to address your situation~
There are several questions you should ask yourself honestly.
1) are you making a mental connection with your girl as well as the physical?
2) are you honest with yourself and her about your desires?
3) Do you usually put others needs before your own?
4) are you on any type of medications or diets?
5) do you initiate sex or do you respond better to her initiating?
6) what is your comfort level in the actual settings where you do the things you do?
7) what is your/her level of sexual experience?
8) how long have you two been involved & what portion of it sexually?
9) how open is your communication to each other during the act as to what your desires and needs are?
10) how do you bring yourself to orgasm and how long does it take?
That's a big list of questions, I know! but they all have significant bearing on your actual preformance. Many dietary and health related conditions and medications inhibit the release of necessary chemicals and hormones. Ones state of mind is key to the entire effort!
