Tipper Gore and her nazis tried to say it was We Are Satan's People, it was actually We Are Sexual Perverts.

White Anglo-Saxon Protestant. The Angles and the Saxons took over Brittania in the dark ages (hence Angleland, or England). Henry VIII made England a Protestant nation during his reign, so the phrase usually means someone with an "old school" background, like you imagine a traditional Ivy Leaguer.

Lets see White Anglo Saxon Protestant, it refers to those people who's ancestors came over with the Mayflower or shortly there after and settled in the New England area. As opposed to those New Englanders who's ancestors came to Canada, Toronto and Montreal and then to America, like mine.

Oh I remember some lovely pictures of Blackie Lawless in my Kerrang magazine. I belive it stands for We Are Sexual Perverts but I'm not sure if my memory serves me correctly or if I've taken in some part of an urban myth!!!
