Soda isn't the best for you, but if you must, diet soda is ok. water rehydrates your skin, and also flushes out your system-you really do feel better if you drink around 6-8 glasses of H2O a day.

Not really...Diet and caffeine sodas are OKAY but even those contain sodium. For example, I have Diet - Caffeine Free Cherry Coke in my fridge and although it has no calories it still has 40mg of sodium. And everyone knows that salt makes you retain water which means...Hello, bloating!! And although bloating goes away, too much salt isn't good for anyone. Try to drink real water..use crystal light to flavor it..that way you are getting the purifying benefits of real water. Good luck on your diet!! But remember, you are always beautiful..no matter what!

Diets are bad. Healthy eating is good. The key is moderation. Sure you can have soda, just don't have 6 big gulps.

no, soda is 50% sugar and carbonated water ...if you need flavor try crystal lite, gatoraid, lipton green teas
