My friend not my best she has hard skin and hard legs and hard crusty lips even if she uses chapstick it doesn`t work.Can you guys help her out? with making a face mask or something else? oh yeah and bump on her face and legs

She needs to use vaseline on her lips, hands and feet every night before going to bed, without fail. She should massage body lotion for extra dry skin daily, after bath.
To soften lips, can mix honey with glycerine, do this atleast 4 times a week.
I am assuming by bumps you mean acne...for that use fuller's earth blended in rose water. Another remedy, blend 1 tbsp. crushed mint with enough oats powder. Leave the mask on your face for atleast 20 minutes.

She should go to the dermatologist.. She might have Psoriasis or Excema.. nothing Over the counter will cure that.. but a dermatologist has creams and ointments that will help.

exfoliate cleanse good and apply heavy cream for dry skin,also try bathing in baby oil a couple times a week and good luck

Try using a skin cream with vitamin E oils and minerals...that should take care of the HARDNESS of ur friend.
As for her hard lips, try something called TIGER BALM, ask ur chemist and they will know wat it is
