I know how you feel i am in the same boat as you. Mine are different almost every time. With out buying ovulation kits it is all a guess. This web site might help you get some idea when to have sex www.accuratepregnancytests.com/free_pregnancy_test_tools.html

But there is nothing you can eat to make you have your period. Good luck to you.

You need to see a dr... and consult with him/her

I used to have and so did a friends have irregular periods, the dr will suggest you get on clomid... it is an infertility drug that is sometimes used to balance periods as well... and helpt to get you back on track to ovulation etc. *see link I porovided*

Good Luck..

wen u ovulate, ur temp goes up a degree or two. so take ur temp every morning. u can get preg 2 days before and on this day and the next day. Watch your sex drive, when you get major urges go for it, it goes up during this time. Also have sex very often. Good luck!

Also if you are trying to stay away from presription drugs such as clomid like me try fertility enhancers like fertilaid or vitex (chasteberry)
