A full English and plenty of water. I mean plenty. Keep drinking water until you're off to the bog almost constantly. The headache is caused by the watery cushion for your brain being depleted. Because of this, your brain is sloshing about a bit. causing a headache. The full English soaks up all of the excess alcohol/acid in your stomach.

There's no real cure for a hangover. In fact, there's nothing that will help either. I've tried all the crap this darn internet says, and nothing works.
Get sleep. And lots of it. If it lasts much longer, go see a doctor. If you must work, then do so vigorously. The harder you work, the better you feel, because eventually you forget you even have a hangover. It's mostly a mind thing.

Ouch! You could be suffering from alcohol poisoning. You need to clean out your system.
1. NO MORE ALCOHOL for a while, a couple of days at least.
2. Drink plenty of water. You need this to flush toxins and rehydrate yourself.
3. Get plenty of sleep.
4. Make sure there are no noxious odors in your house from the party (puke, beer stains, etc.). Fresh air is essential.
5. Try a light fruit salad with a yogurt dressing, and other light meals. Try to avoid super-greasy and salty stuff for awhile.
Hope you feel better soon! If you don't, see a doctor. There may be something else wrong.

If you've had a hangover for three days I'd start worrying. Come on, no matter how pissed you get you're usually back to (reasonable!) normality within 24 hours at most. Beyond that you've either poisoned yourself with excess alcohol or worse still, somebody's been at your drinks. If you've been drinking lots of water (horrible thought!) and you're still suffering, then I think you really SHOULD see your Doctor or at the very least a decent Pharmacist.
THAT'S THE SENSIBLE ANSWER.
NOW HERE'S THE ONE YOU WERE EXPECTING: Have another drink! ! ! (DON'T!)

B-12 vitamins and a lot of liquids. Stay away from caffeine and sugars that will upset your stomach. I can't drink Fruit Punch Gatorade after attempting it on a hang over on. I've heard sex often helps with a hangover, but I'm one of the ones that ends up sleeping with my head on the toilet the next day so I've never tried.

If you're still feeling the effects of a hangover 3 days after the party, there might be something else wrong with you. Consult with your physician.

Make sure you drink a lot of water. A hangover is usually from dehydration. The alcohol takes your water out of the body.

The one time I got hangover, a plain Aspirin and loads of water, and a bit of extra sleep, seemed to do the trick. And glad I was... Take it easier next time, and good luck!

Me too, greasy breakfasts and lots of caffeine and paracetamol tend to do the trick for me. With lots of fruit juice later in the day (once the stomach has settled down) to bring back the Vitamin C content.
