Running long distances, lots of water...the best way is to hit the gym and use the elliptical 5-6 times a week and do strength training. At home...the Billy Banks boot camp has helped me. Good Luck.

You must burn more calories a day than you take in. Low salt, Drink plenty of water. You didn't gain that weight overnight and there is no magic involved, eat healthy food and exercise

Not the way to enter this agreement with your body.. Quick means temporary.
Long term- Drink water, lots and lots of water, it will surpress your appetite and is good for your.
Then work on anyting cardio (get a treadmill or something similar will work as long as you stick to it.

run walk cardio im a fitness instrctr so i know what im talking about try running or walking everyday for 20min also cutting down on fatty foods helps alot

to make sure i do cardio daily, i pump up the music in my room shut the door and just jog on the spot and dance around in my room. i set my alarm on my fone to go off in 20 - 30 minutes .... that way i do it and push myself to do it until the alarm goes off!
