I/O conflicts usually occur when same IRQ address used by more than one device. You can overcome this by chanding the IRQ of suspected device from the C-MOS Setup.

Hold down the f8 key when your computer is starting. This will get you into safe mode and from there, you can find and fix the problem.

hi.
if in start up your computer goto F8 Mode just need one time goto Safe mode and from safe mode select restart computer and reboot computer.
if you have another problem to I/O devices just need press DEL in power up your PC and goto CMOS setup if you are a pro PC user set the I/O IRQ .
or you not a pro just goto CMOS setup and Select Set default or load safe biops or anything like that in your setup.

with f8 you can choose to enter the nuke codes and activate total anahlation mode. once in these modes ya can designate a target. please dont shot my house thank you
