Let's solve it mathematically.

In a given time slot
Ann takes 28 steps -- Given
Daug takes 24 steps -- Given
Jack takes 21 steps -- Given

And every 6 steps of Jack equal to 7 steps of Daug and 8 steps of Ann.

Now let us convert the number of steps into distance by converting the size of steps to Jack's steps.

So, =
Ann = 28 x 6/8
Daug = 24 x 6/7
Jack = 21 x 6/6

Ann = 21
Daug = 21
Jack = 21

There fore all three i.e. Jack, Daug & Ann will reach the finishing line together and there will be a tie.

Am I right??????????????
If so plz chose me as the best answer
