it depends on many factors .............

do you own or lease the location ..........?
what type of products .......?
is there much competition ........?
is there a demand for your goods or services .......?
do you have proper staffing , marketing , advertising , a decent budget .......?
is this something you have a good supply of ..........?

it would be helpful to provide a lot more detail about where you are located, the type of shop, your experience with signing leases, experience in retail, marketing etc

for me you should know that you have to make sacrifices like spending too much money...its natural if you're starting a bussiness...two ... if it's really what you want then go for it!
