I think they're 3 marvellous games!!

Well, the 1st of the series is totally different from the other 2. So PoP2 may have some failings than the 3rd one. To tell you the truth I liked better PoP1 than PoP2, because it has a more simple gameplay and it serves you the action from the first minutes. But I'm not saying that PoP2 is not good, instead I wanna say that it's better and bigger than the 1st one
