You can't do much but you can try this. Boy sperm go really fast and die faster. Girl sperm take there time and live longer. So figure out when your wife is ovulating. If you want a boy have sex the day she ovulates and the boy will get there that day. If you want a girl have sex a couple of days before she ovulates and the boy sperm will go fast and die before she ovulates and the girl will take her time and when she finally gets there your wife will be ovulating. Give it a try.

boy or girl is decided by your sperm - half of which are male the other half female. Pure coincidence which kind reaches the egg first.
And BTW that also means that once egg meets sperm the gender is decided, so forget all those old wife's tales about the woman eating this and that to get a boy.
