First just become her frnd then develop a good image in front of her abt u.Then in some way show that u hav a soft corner in ur hrt 4 her and then if she is also interested in u then express ur feelings 4 her.

Faith plays a huge part in this one if you are not Muslim.You can still be straight forward and tell her you wails like to go out but be careful.
