as an additional, my ex-bf b4 him was bugging me, and telling nasty things about me... he faced him and tell him to back off, coz i'm now his girl, and no one can take me away from him, let alone touch me... i'm not a virgin when he got me, but he didn't take it against me... now he's very vocal in our relationship, he's so handsome and many girls are running after him, but still he chose me... he's proud of me inspite of my past, and he's so eager to learn my language, although we both speak english well... he also is trying to our food, which i know he doesn't really like, but is just doing this to please me... does he really loves me? we're just going for 3 months, and he already proposed...

Not being him, I can't say if he loves you, but he certainly is acting in the way a loving boyfriend does. But 3 months is way too soon to even think about marriage.
