Yes, you can. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic and Paracetamol is used for high temperature. I am using them 3 times a day.

yes, you can. amoxycillin-carbo is an antibiotic which kills bacteria. this is usually used in colds of more than 1 week and other bacterial causing diseases. while, paracetamol is an anti-inflammatory agent which is usually used for fevers, headaches etc.
