I'd like to know real time who's cpoying what or who's viewing what.
I'm usually connected to an Ad-hoc (peer to peer) wifi at work.

if you have windows XP or 2000 you can try this command:
netstat -b
or
netstat -b 1
the last one refreshes itself every each second and runs continuosly. and it's free.
there is also another tool in windows (free also):
you have 2 options to open it:
1. go to start --> run --> and type compmgmt.msc and then go to "shared folders" and in open sessions you can see who's connected and in open files you can see what files are accessed by other users on your computer (you also have the option to close those sessions). it's better to make a shortcut on desktop to this tool.
2. go to start --> settings --> control panel --> advanced settings --> computer management and follow the same steps as above.

and you can also try to use a tool named netmonitor or net limitter. you can find it with google.

What you need is a firewall software, so you can see who's connected to your system.

If you're using Windows XP (or higher), you can see also who's connected to you and files they opened from you: Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management. On it click Shared Folders, Open Files.
