Mewtwo is only found in FireRed, LeafGreen versions and is in the Cerulean cave. For directions through Cerulean cave, go to gamewinners.com or gamefaqs.com or email. Once you find Mewtwo, it will be at level 70 and its moveset will include Psychic, Recover, Swift, and Safeguard. If you still have the Masterball, you can use it here but you might want to save it for the Legendary Dog in your version. Otherwise, bring strong Pokemon with the ability to paralyze and/or sleep and alot of Pokeballs.

Blue/Red/Green/Yellow- CERULEAN CAVE.BUT FIRST BEAT THE PKMN LEAGUE.
Crystal/Gold/Silver- Use the cheat code.Try-Gamefaqs.com(gameshark codes)/Gamespot.com etc.
Ruby/Sapphire- Use the cheat code.Try-Gamefaqs.com(gameshark codes)/Gamespot.com etc.
Fire red/Leaf green- CERULEAN CAVE.BUT FIRST BEAT THE PKMN LEAGUE.
Emerald- Use the cheat code.Try-Gamefaqs.com(gameshark codes)/Gamespot.com etc.(BUT, THERE MAYBE ANOTHER WAY)(I DIDN'T PLAY EMERALD VERSION, SO I'M NOT SURE).
