Try using gain laundry detergent. It smells so good. Also bounce dryer sheets. If all else fails throw a bit of baking soda in the washer.

Don't stop yourself from sweating.
Use a deodarant instead of anti-perspirant. It doesn't stop you sweating. It just makes it smell nicer.
Washing the T-Shirts should get rid of the smell. If not then spray a little bit of Febreze on the affected areas a few hours before you wash them.

Try a biological powder (as long as you don't have sensitive skin) and a slightly higher washing temperature. Then if possible, dry the clothes outside in the fresh air. Could you wear a sleeveless vest for gym? That might help too.

Some people have a natural reaction to man-made fibres. Make sure all you gym clothes are made of 100% cotton and wash these everytime you use them.

Change at the gym, shower at the gym, use throw away bags to take your kit in.
But why are you worried within 2 minutes of working out you will stink anyway!

Put your used gym clothes in a carrier bag inside your gym bag and discard it every day; turn your gym bag inside out and air it on the line every day. Don't put your gym shoes in your gym bag, carry them separately.

Wash your bag and clothes and put them in fresh air, hang them outside. If sometimes you don't enough time to do it or you forgot, hang them out over the night. The cool air refreshes your clothes and bag.

Make sure you are not over-loading the washing machine and wash the bag you carry them in. Try using liquid fabric softener, too. GOOD LUCK!

If it still smells after washing, you just suck at washing! no way that your smell is so strong it survives the washing machine (if you do it right)
