I think you both need to cut down on your poo watching. This is not a healthy entertainment option. It's time to buy a television.

Well, my friend reckons that your friend should make sure that he has a balanced diet, with plenty of fresh fruit and veg (but not too much of the fresh fruit, especially cherries etc...)and should also make sure that they chew their food properly. Be aware that some food, like corn always looks 'colorful', as do some raw veg when they come out the other end.
If your friend has been having loose bowels for a while, he should get himself to a doctor, as permanent diorrea is neither normal or good for you.

hi, i also suffered with those symptoms while i was going through a very stressful time, i was going through a bout of anxiety also, my doctor told me both stress and anxiety play major havoc with your digestive system, sounds like its that to me, its not bowel cancer etc etc, i think you need to "learn" to relax like i did, hope that helps

Might have a bowel disorder such as, irritable bowel syndrome or Chrohns disease which can be excacerbated by stress,see your Doc....
