I think if you love/like him enough, you should give him one more chance. It doesn't mean that you should stand him when he annoys you. You may try to change this. Talk to him and tell him how much he annoys you and what exactly annoys you. If it is possible to be changed, I'm sure he'll do it. If you want the things between you two really to work out, don't give up! Everyone can be changed especially if he is in love :)))

My dear Bree, you really did not give me enough information to base my advise on however, i shall do my very best.
Judging by what you said about your boyfriend: I think you should first find out what makes him to behave in an annoying way. Such as, is that how he really is or is his action(s) being influenced by your own attitude towards him? what could you do in other to help him thereby making him a better behaved person in future? Do you love him enough to sacrifice for him?
However, i do believe that we all do behave or act annoyingly at one point or another hence, it is not enough to live someone because he or she have an annoying behaviour or attitude. To my mind: you really need to help your boyfriend to be a better person (after-all what are friends for?) Laugh? , unless, he told you that he did not need your help. Try to understand him too and find out those things that makes him happy or sad. Capitalize on the happy side and you won't be sorry.

Don't stay with someone who annoys you--it won't work out and will only cause pain and suffering. You have not found the right person yet. Keep looking, they are out there.

You have not made any covenant to stay with him yet, have you? This is probably the reason why people date before marriage, to learn about each other. Make a choice that will lead you to a happy and satisfied life.

Tell him in no uncertain terms--but use a criticism sandwich. First brag on his good points. "You know I like you right, because you are so ________." then insert the criticism, "But it drives me crazy when you__________." Follow with another "But I really love your_______." Makes the criticism so much easier to swallow!
