Because it is a sham for men. Men get absolutely no benefit from it. Women are the only ones. Plus, women can hardly stay faithful nowadays so no guys want to get married to any of the many sluts today.

It isn't just men that hate the idea of marriage, I know plenty of women who refuse to go down that road. It's a scary thing to give yourself completely to one person............forever knowing they are the ONLY ones you are supposed to be with. For some, forever is a little too long.
It's too bad both sexes find partners that cheat too many times and ruin the thought of a great relationship, especially once married. And if it weren't for the media continually talking about marriage statistics every time we turn around, more people might not be so scared to enter into marriage.

Most men, I think, feel like it puts a stop to all the fun and interesting things they do as bachelors. Some men like the freedom to date around and have multiple gal pals (not girlfriends). And, marriage changes people, both men and women alike. Men are not too keen on change; especially drastic ones.

Because they're not man enough to live up to the vows they take, only a "REAL" man can handle marriage.. so its best if they are little boys trapped in mens bodies just to go ahead and do the world a favor and stay single so they dont destroy everyone elses lives..

From my experiances, men just know that it is harder to get out of a marriage than it is a meaning relationships...In my case, I just want to know that it is with the right woman before sticking a ring on my finger.
But then again, some men still like to play the fiels to see if there is something better out there for im, better sex, more love, someone to take care of him.....Hell maybe he is looking for a mother figure to take care of him for the rest of his life.

Men actually have a fear and insecurity that if they wont be able to satisfy the need of their partner then how will they handle situation plus they want to be free.They love their independence.They never want a girl who gave a piece of her mind everytime and bother in whatever they do

not all of them.That is usually in their early ages but as they are getting older they want to create a home and raise kids in it.their feeling is developing more late then the women's.
