The number one cause of most normal headaches is dehydration. First thing to try when you have a headache is to drink two full glasses of water. It usually works in less than 10 minutes. If your headaches persist, try seeing an acupuncturist. There's this little pinchy thing they can do to your earlobe that can make almost any headache go away instantly. ( Hope you're feeling better soon).
