It is not particularly bad for a guy to wear tight breifs per se, but any clothing that changes the body temperature in the region of the male genitals runs the risk of causing changes in sperm count or even the morphology of sperm cells, so if a man already has fertility issues, it's often best for him to wear boxers rather than tight briefs.

Ok, I am not a man, so I am not 100% sure about this, but from what I understand wearing tight briefs can lower your sperm count.

Sperm is best produced at a temperature slightly lower than the human body temperature - which is why men have their testicles inside the scrotum, away from the heat of the rest of the body, as opposed to just stored inside the body, like all our (your) other important bits.

Wearing really tight briefs will of course squash them against your body, making them a tiny bit warmer than they should be for um... optimum sperm making capability - or something like that!

It is cause for reproduction. The testicles need to be a certain temperature, and with tight briefs, it is pressed against the body causing the temperature to rise. So stick to briefs that is not that tight, or wear boxers...if you intend on having any children.

yes it is bad, especially if you want kid. and you can also get scrotum cancer for wearing tight underwear, so don't suffocate your little boys! ; )
