You open contacts and add their name and phone # (make sure u put the picture in ur memory on ur phone or memory card) in the contacts name and # go to add detail then go to area of picture and cick add image and u can assign special rings for each caller go to ring tones in options in their name again and view ring tones and choose their personal ring tone and press ok when u find the one u want u can also add voice tag which is as you push the right key for about 5 seconds then "speak now" will apppear and u say their name and it calls right away but u add this in the options area of the contacts name also by going to voice tag then assign and record.Also u should have a booklet in ur box for ur phone it has everything u need to know about your phone and in the back it has everything u need help on in alphabetical order so just look it up under the letter of the thing u need help on.It's easier than u would think.
