After you get that resolved enroll in a class to learn the English language and also a computer class to learn to use spell check.

I noticed several typos.

“holiday” not “holday”
“I” not “i”
“I’m” not “Im” or “i’m”
“etc.” not. “ect.”
“before” not “befor”
“discovered” not “disscovered”
“amenities” not “amenitys”
“arrival” not “arrivel”

You also used the word "are" instead of "our" twice.

You must put in writing immediately your claim to the agency..this is the first thing you must do..list everything and that you are requesting a full refund, if they booked with a tour operator, write them a letter too... Most agencies have a 14 day cut off for complaints, so get on it.. they will probably come back with a counter offer which you can accept or decline..if it is not to your liking, contact the agency for consumer affairs in your area and they will advise which agency to contact for a refund..
it is possible..don´t take no for an answer.

good luck
