As I said do not want to hear Syria is supporting Hezbollah Syria hasn't interfered in this war so far and if it really helped Hezbollah you would have seen another face of this war because if Syria got in count Iran in and you imagine.

I think USA want this war. USA want to destroy Iran, and they hope Israel will provoke Syria and then Iran will help Syria. USA will have reason to attack Iran and help Israel...

I don't know why Muslim are not united like Israel is united with USA?

With respect this is why people do not learn anymore. You ask a question, but then state that you do not want to hear one of the potential answers.

This means that you only want to hear from people who agree with you, in which case Yahooo answers is not the correct site.

It is a fact that Syria supports Hezbollah, whether you like it or not, and that fact is not disputed anywhere, not even in Syria.

Now to your question of what if Syria entered the war. Well frankly the Israelis would mobilise and would beat them, as they have done before, and the Syrians know that, which is why they will not enter the war as a standard military force but will rather step up their aid for the guerilla campaign of Hezbollah and Hamas.

In conventional warfare the Israelis are capable of beating any of their neighbours, but Guerilla warfare is much more difficult and the Syrians know that.

You also make a statement that Israel is the main reason for the problems in the middle east. Well I don't know where you live but I'm guessing that you havent spent 40 years having missiles fired over your border indiscriminantly, school buses blown up by suicide bombers, invasions from three sides every few years, and most of your neighbouring countries stating that you are a vermin to be wiped from the face of the earth.

I'm not an Israeli, or a Jew, and actually want this killing to stop now before anymore children on either side die, but if you were an Israeli what would you do?

If it was just Syria it would not make a difference. Syria's military is negligible and it's troops not likely to be truely interested in getting killed so thier leader can look good to the Islamic fanatics. The key question is whether that triggered Iran's entry into the war. This would likely trigger renewed hostilities between Iraq and Iran as well. Not that Iraq is supporting Isreal but because Iran's "leader" is very aggressive and sees Iraq as a weak target right now. US Occupation would be an excuse to call them in league with Isreal and the US. If US troops left then it'd be another excuse.

If you watch closely nobody prances and poses like Arab leaders. You'd think they'd all taken political ballet as a child.

WW III is China getting into the mess. That would most likely be thorugh using the Korea, Iran, Venezuala connection.

If Syria enters the war, it would be a huge mistake..... For Syria

It would force the US to get involved, and that is a war Syria cant win. The government in Syria is not popular in their country. Like Iraq the minority is governing the majority. Their hold on power is weak at best, and a war would be devastating.

Syria does support Hezbollah, and they want to get the land back which they lost in the last war with the Israeli's. The Golan Heights. Syria pulls the strings in Lebanon and until last year Syrian troops were in Lebanon.

Syria needs to play ball and help restore peace, if they don't they are signing their own death warrant.

you're saying terrible pastime? Why? US troops are education the Iraqi's (Police, authorities, and so on.) to guard their own united states of america, even if the insurgency is making it very demanding for our troops to do their pastime and it really is the purpose of such countries as Iran, syria, and so on.. sure, we are tied up in Iraq yet lets ought to positioned our Airforce into action. this may properly be the initiating of WWIII.

Not even Lebanon which supports Hezbullah got the balls to contribute their national army to support Hezbullah. Isreal is like an elephant in the middle of a flock of birds. They can't stop them no matter what they do. Arab states were hating and tunting Israel ever since its creation, why didn't they fight them and finish them off?,, BECAUSE THEY CAN'T.
