The speech is full of promises that are all on the drawing boards just like the creation of super regions that has no budget. Projects like connecting the rail systems but no builder will ever do it after the NAIA 3 crisis that practically shooed away foreign investors. Nevertheles, Philippines still has a chance to progress if the people will unite and stop massive corruption in government.
