Hi, I am guessing that you want to split up your hard drive into C: and D: without reinstalling your operating system (Windows XP, Windows 2000, 98 or ME or 95).
You will need to purchase a commercial software like Acronis Disk Director Suite. More information can be found here:
http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/diskdirectorsuite/
There is another software called Partition Magic, it should be under Norton Symantec. I personally don't recommend using this, because PM has a tendency to give you error messages that the partitioning operation cannot be done, ONLY halfway through the operation. You will then end up with a drive that is FUBAR.
Try Acronis. You will, however, need to purchase it. There may be other freeware lying around the Internet that does partitioning, but I will not guarantee that those will work perfectly.
In short, to partition your hard drive, you will need to:
1. Backup your data (You can skip this, but don't hold anybody responsible when things go wrong).
2. Install a partioning software like Acronis Disk Director.
3. Defragment your hard drive.
4. Perform the "split partition" operation using Acronis Disk Director.
You will need to create an "extended partition" on the drive (C:\), then create a "logical drive" (D:\).

The right term for: C:\, D:\, E:\ ... is hard drive partitions
If you alreadady have installed any operateve system eg. Windows or linux you'll have to use a specialized software. For Windows try with PowerQuest's Partition Magic. All you have to do is to install it, temporarry disable antivirus protection (for avoiding any troubles during process), start Partition Magic and follow the onscreen instructions.
READ THE HELP AND PREREQUISITES FIRST
You can divide into partitions, merge existing partitions without loosing data, convert filesystems.
If the hard disk is empty any bootable operative system disk have the option to create, delete, merge partitions before proceeding with instalation.

This is called drive partitioning.
It can be done physically, or virtually.
If you want to do it physically, you can look into your disk drive for information. If your drive states that your drive is 100% usage, then you cannot partition it furthur, as there is no space for another drive to be created. Then, you may have to reformat your system, which loses your files and datas, then you can partition from there.
If you want to do it virtually, which means only when you are in Windows, a virtual drive was created, try searching in Yahoo for certain virtual drive creator.

with the aid of fact rejection is the toughest Emotion to handle. adult adult males can get fairly violent, women can pass off into the deep end! It hurts plenty, and a majority of those issues make you freeze up interior considering you in basic terms don't have the boldness it takes to confront your man or woman emotions up front and private. you're baring your soul to this guy or woman and letting your self in for a painful journey, probable? I propose what are you settling for? a minimum of now you get to talk to him yet ought to you nonetheless confer with him if he rejects you? And top now that feeling of getting to talk to him feels fairly good, or maybe that however fairly small whilst taken away will harm plenty. So the two tell him promptly out, or write him a short letter and then get his answer and be responsive to as quickly as and for all, or basically settle for being friends and recover from it, exceedingly in case you think of this is one sided. ask your self what has he actual executed to make you experience that he feels the comparable as you do? fact time is a frightening time, yet I continually locate this is extra clever to gently pass in and say the type you experience and gently watch for his respond. If he says definite, you pass from there. yet whilst he delays or stalls or says out top NO, then ask whether this is okay for you 2 to proceed to be friends? a minimum of from this element you could pass on. top now all you're doing is putting off the fact.
