Because of the low air pressure at that high altitude water boils at a temperature so low it might not kill all organisms.

The boiling point is too low at that altitude to sterilize any organisms that might be in the water. You must use a pressure cooker to boil water on Everest to make it safe.
At the top of Everest, the boiling point is only about 70 degrees C (or 158 F) so many organisms could survive this.

because on the summit of mt.everest the air pressure is lower than anyother places, the boiling point of water is lower than ordinary. so in this case the boiling water is not safe to ppl.

You wouldn't be able to boil water on top of Mt. Everest in an open pan. The low air pressure, the open top of the pan, and the lack of oxygen would make boiling water impossible.

boiling point of water varys with pressure so on summit of everest (much lower pressure than normal) the boiling point is much reduced so the germs will not be killed by the heat of boiling the water.

Probably you are refering to the fact that boiling water kills most of the microorganisms and thus it is safer to drink...
On the summit atmospheric pressure is lower, water will boil at lower temperature than 100 Celsius and thus fewer microorgarnisms will be killed.
Still proper sterilization requires higher pressure than amospheric at sea level so this method is not completely safe

because the lower pressure means the water boils at a lower temperature and consequently may not kill all the nasty little micro-organisms

just a guess, but is the boiling point at 29,000+ feet less than at sea-level? maybe the boiling point is not hot enough to kill all the harmful bacteria?
