electron is found by J.J.THOMSAN.
proton is found by GOLDSTEIN.Ernest Rutherford is also credited for discovery of proton.
neutron is found by JAMES CHADWICK.

The electron was first discovered at the Cavendish Lab of Cambridge University by Thomson. Sorry, but I am not sure of the proton. I think the neutron was Fermi, but don't quote me.
