Of course it's real. Isn't it?
I mean. They are superhuman thicko's aren't they.
Smash a chair over their back and they roll around on the floor almost dying. Their powers of recovery are awesome.
They can be smashed by two other wrestlers or more, and be two breaths short of death. Then suddenly they beat up the other wrestlers single handed.
I reckon the National health service should take a page out of their book.
If someone is on life support, they should throw them in the ring. Watch them recover and make mincemeat of the Mad Mauling Doctor Brothers.

Firstly I want to say that Pro Wrestling is dangerous... and I do respect them for what they do to their bodies.... just to please a 'piss-head' of audience. (as that is what Pro Wrestling attracts now)
Todays wrestling (Pro - Entertainment wrestling) is a complete pile of crap!!!
I say this through experiance. Todays wrestling does not replicate a real wrestling fight. As a matter of fact... it does not represent 'wrestling' at all.
Since it turned from good guy Vs bad guy to 'shades of grey', Pro Wrestling has gone downhill.
The females in the business have killed it also. Female wrestlers wearing very little does not attract a family programme, but a teenanger-adult society. I may be a guy, and love women, but this is dicusting to see to a business I respect heavily on.
The best Pro Wrestling ended around 1993 (refering to the WWF-WWE). Before that, wrestling was great entertainment. It focused more on 'carefully planned' wrestling than the acting/speaking.
The further back you go, like the 80's, 70's, 60's, wrestling becomes more life like, until it gets to the point where you cannot tell if its real or not (I say this as a grappler/wrestler myself).
I use to take part in Pro Wrestling. I was a trainee and we were taught to perform, etcetc. I was 21 at the time. I was watching these 14 year old and I couldnt belive what I was seeing. I was pretty much watching a generation of wrestlers that are going to destroy the moral and principles of Professional Wrestling. They were flying, jumping all over the place. With the owner of that promotion saying how fantastic they are....
I have no part in Pro Wrestling anymore... I prefer doing the real wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts stuff.
Answering your question. WWE, TNA are a pile of crap and is just guys throwing and jumping each other. It makes no sense and the acting is crap also.
I could talk for days on Pro Wrestling... but I think I said enough!!
Take care

No it is all true, what you see on the television IS really happening. It is however scripted just like Eastenders,Coronation Street etc
Most of the wrestlers are happy, young and have never tried to make it as body builders so you are basically wrong on ALL counts on that one.

So very fake. They do all that bodybuilding for a fake business. It is silly how Sharmell (Booker T's 'wife') acts when he wins it is quite funny with all the flattery act.

you say that to their face and you wont think its fake. they are trained athletes who have spent years training to get to the top. it is harder to make it appear to hurt your opponent that it is to legitimately hurt your opponent.
yes the acting might be a bit terrible but it is supposed to make the viewer more interested in the forthcoming match, makes you more involved so you can cheer on who you prefer.
ask mick foley if wrestling is fake, he'll tell you a whole page full of the injuries he has had due to wrestling.
