I disagree with it. They shouldnt ban it. They tried to ban alcohol and that really turned out bad. I dont even smoke and i think its dumb to. but we live in america and we have the right to smoke if we want to.

No, they are taking away one of our freedoms. Air polutions do more harm than cigarette smoke. Also, some buildings have asbestos and other dangerous materials in them, and mold.
They won't ban alcohol, and drunk drivers kill many people, and they won't ban it. Too many politicians like to drink alcohol.
