Most self-described Christians have little sympathy or empathy for the animals they have killed for them. Their sense of stewardship for the whole earth is low. And they give only lip service to the idea of thinking of their own bodies as a temple for the Lord.

not a good idea. acting like vegatarian at christmastime is not peacefuL at all. What group of people deserve turkey more than christians? you actually care about turkeys being happy? oh please, haven't you ate enough chickens and beef this year? dumb question, but that dont matter to me> at least you care about the "green planet"

I don't eat turkey for xmas, I eat Gammon, so there will be a sad little piggy somewhere waiting to be saughtered to feed me at xmas.
