Can energy drinks like redbull rockstar etc make you breakout? also can birth control help you breakout less if thats the case can you explain to me why

The energy drinks may contain creatine (which occurs naturally in bodily waste) amino acids (protein components) and/or sugar. All of which pollute your body a little or cause your sebaceous glands to over-produce skin oils. This leads to breakouts. BC pills contain hormones that occur naturally in the female body (Estrogen and progesterone). Biologically, women produce less body hair and have less muscular features that men. The 2 hormones promote these features in women, and the increased amounts of these are the cause of clearer skin.

anything can make you break out- depending on your body and hormone levels etc. and yes, birth control pills can help you break out less, because they control your hormone levels. they also affects other hormonal things (such as your menstrual cycle - it regulates it- and your weight- most people put on a bit of weight when they go on the pill, but it's possible to lose it, or just manage it, right from the start.), so you should probably give it some thought before going on the pill...

Sugar makes most people break out, so yes, those drinks might do it. Birth control tricks your hormones... some people react differently.
