What are the qualities that females have better than males in handling a human resources department?

Not just the Philippines. No offense to the male practioners but females have a more intuitive mind in "sensing" the type of person the company is hiring. Plus their attention to detail is also a reason why most manufacturing companies hire women on the production line. Also, no pun intended, females are not blinded by "sexy" applicants nor are they too keen on getting "overly handsome" male applicants also.

I don't think that is the case. There are just more female psychology majors in RP.

It depends too which part of HR you are talking about. Employee Relations are female turf since they are the "caring" side of a company. I suppose Labor Lawyers demand more masculine qualities.

it is an hassle-free one. If the international gets too warm, we've shown that we can proceed to exist it because of fact the "Cradles of Civilization" have been in warm, dry aspects.
