Men are welcome to answer also, I bet none of you guys would want to get a period. Go ahead, send your smart remarks and jokes, I have heard them all. I know men risk getting a woman pregnant and you have my sympathy. I just wish you could go through this mess every month instead of me.

OOOOH YES! My boyfriend got a tooth pulled the other day, and he hasn't stopped moaning about it since. I explained that it is nothing compared to giving birth. I have broken my knee before, and even that was a picnic in the park compared to giving birth.

I wish they could at least share the pain, so they could know what REAL PAIN is!! Then maybe they wouldn't moan so much about little niggles!

He never understands either why I get so moody and miserable when I have my period. He can't imagine what it is like to spend a week every month with horrible cramps, bleeding etc.. I'd love it if men could go through that, even just once in their lives!!

Mind you, I did love the feeling of being pregnant, I would change that!! I felt really womanly and I got the whole "pregnancy glow"...

Okay... to take your question to a deeper level. Embrace your monthly friend. You were given a period because you aren't using those eggs- so they have to go. Think of it as a cleaning. : ) Another thing is, we have the period because we have the babies. Men can't do this which is why you don't have to teach a child to love their mother, they were in her belly. So let a man be happy because he isn't cramping and bleeding but you're capable of something entirely greater than anything he can do. : )

A loud, resounding YES to your question, Dear. I mean, I just wish that they could experience what we go through every month so that they can know how it feels. Add to that, aside from merely making babies, I sometimes wish that they could carry the babies inside them for a change. You know, give us ladies a break from all the leg and back cramps and all that. ;-p

You see this as a curse, but you're bless. You're the only ones that have the ability to give life. Not even the most intelligent scientist can do that.

Yeah... well it ain't going to happen.

One of the sexes was bound to end up with the child bearing responsibility so there's always one happy side and one miserable side.
