I always think of my girl first...I know that I will be pleased in the end....Also, hearing a woman reach climax is a major turn on for me...Unfortunate for me, I take forever to orgasm...So I get the pleasure of hearing her multiple times before reaching my own climax...The problem that I have found with that though is, after that one time, she is done...Laying there in pain some times due to the extended period of time of pure sex. Personally , I dont care who gets the orgasm first but normally i take an abnormal amount of time to ejaculate ( more than an hour) . That means i make her orgasm first

I definitely put her before me. In my mind, the point of sex is to pleasure the other person which means basically ignoring your own needs andmaking sure that they have an orgasm. If she doesn't, I feel very embarassed and like I haven't lived up to my masculine potential.
