G'day Siti,
Thanks for your question.
This condition is commonly called interview anxiety. It is caused by a fear of the unknown or rejection.
There are a number of tips you can follow including:
1) Manage your expectations.
2) Know your goals and what you can contribute.
3) Do research.
4) Know your worth.
5) Own your resume by writing it yourself.
6) Practice communicating and thinking on your feet - have a family member hold a mock interview and/or video it.
7) Remember the basics of preparing well.
8) If possible, go last to increase your chance of being selected.
9) Build common ground.
10) Be candid about your past but positive. Whatever you do, don't criticise former employers.
Everyone gets interview jitters but you can overcome them.
I have attached some references for further reference.
Good luck.

Well, according to me, the first thing is.......
Nobody likes to fail.......
In an interview mostly this is what happens, sometimes you get the Job and sometimes you don't......
If you don't, you are scared of what your dear ones would say...
Most of the people cannot display their talents before someone, at a particular moment, they might need time and some adjusting had to be done... A short person to person interview might not provide this.......
Some might be a bit less confident during an interview, but would do the Job fine if they are left all by themselves.....
So in an interview basically if you have good communication skills and are able to put forward a little something you know, fully. It is good, than knowing a great deal, but are not able to present it properly....
So some are always hurt......
Hope you got your answer.......

Interviews are a necessary evil in the placement world, although the results can often be skewed by interviewers applying subjective and unrelated criteria to the potential employee.
These things are often a lottery where the best person for the job, scholarship or whatever is not always the one who gets the first offer. That would worry anyone.

First they dont wear comfortable dress.
untill unless you are wearing comfortable dress you cannot answer or speak properly
Most of people dont drink water or food.
Many people go for interview and they are starving because they cannot eat or drink before interview ( its natural - with me as well ) well you can eat crackers - cokkies and have glas sof milk long time before interview.
Most of people dont remeber Resume.
Most of people dont remeber whats in their CV / Resume , just have a look at it beofre intervew and make question by your self.
the way people sit is bad.
Always put you hand on table in front of you , be straight.
Listen and then answer.
Most people suddenly spit it out even questioner havent finished answering the question.
Lack of confidence in them selves.
While giving the interview do remeber that " Its not the end of world " if you dont get a chance here you will get selected some where else and better.

Fear of not doing well during the interview and not getting the job. Relax, be confident, be natural. It's just an interview. Be prepared - what questions will be asked and how to answer them.

Fear of being in the spotlight and possibly being rejected. You are putting yourself in one of the few obvious inferior positions in society although it really should be looked at as the opposite since ultimately, you will be hired and paid. You're on a stage where your audience could love or hate you and you've only got one shot to get it right.

Most people dont like the feeling of rejection. Like in the case of a job interview and not getting the job.

It gets boiled down to a "Judging process" and you don't always have the time or opportunity to make the impression you hope for...and you know it only represents a very small portion of what you have to offer or can bring to the table. This can make you feel very frustrated. For the employer, they often meet many qualified candidates, but have only one position to fill...so they are frustrated. It is a frustrating process.

My opinion: you only have ONE chance to make a first impression so it is nerve racking knowing you have to do everything just right. I always get tongue-tied and my ideas don't come out right. They always have that one question that puts you on the spot that you need a minute to think about but you have a second to answer.

people dont want to be put on the spot or questioned. They fear somebody may find out they are not perfect and they dont want their weakness or vulnerability to come out
