I was the Senior Vice President of a large audio company. One day four girls came into my office and complained about the senior controller who they claimed was molesting them. He had hugged them and was super nice in a loving sort of way. I asked them if they were ready to press charges against this person. This would mean going to a mediation board, testifying, lawyer interrogation, etc. After discussing it for awhile they decided to forget about the entire thing and it was dropped. I should point out that the things the senior controller was supposed to have done were exaggerated and it would not have been fair to have him up on charges. I made them realize that they were pushing too hard and for no major reason.
