I have my existing SSS and TIN numbers but I can not remember them.How can I know them.?

Proceed to the offices of the Social Security System and Bureau of Internal Revenue where you registered. Give your complete name and request if they could retrieve from their files your application data and hope that they will be able to provide you with the numbers.
