Hi there. Actually, At this very moment, I can't find anything to complain or worry about. And If I can continue to live in this moment ,, moment by moment until the day is done, I bet it will be ok. It is only when I project myself into the hours to come and fear them or sit hashing over what was that I can no longer control that my day turns sour.
So thanks for asking and reminding me to stay right here right now and forever.
