Cheaper prepaid rates?

I'm currenlty paying $0.16 a min. for my prepaid through tracfone. I don't want a plan, is there any better?

virgin mobile is 10 cents a min and it also has cool perks.free mins,inner circle

Cingular prepaid is 10 cents a min, and free mobile to mobile with other cingular customers. There is a dollar a day fee when you use your phone, but it turns out to be a whole lot cheaper than the track phone. You can pick one up at walmart for $30 and it includes a $10 card.
