Maybe we should start by decriminalizing "schmaking" stupid people.
Kinda like some states have done for small amounts of marijuana.
Make it a misdemeanor punishable by a fine, like a traffic ticket.
If only stupidity was painful, it would be a much better world.

I agree...There was once a time when someone was rude, arrogant or downright stupid, you were able to pull them aside and tell them so.
Unless you want to be beaten up, dragged through court for defamation of character, your best to keep your mouth shut.
How I'd 'love' to liberally hand out some schmacks! Perhaps you and I could set up a court house for Schmacks?

yes it should be legal to smack stupid people. my favorite quote from this idiot i have to work wiith is " Who's Jimmi Hendrix?" and i really wanted to smack him when he crossthreaded a fuel line and we had to stay an extra 2 hours to fix his f**k up.
