Before you get flu you will feel uncomfortable as one of the the effects as your body is responding or fighting with the virus which is the cause of infection in flu. Along the battle of your immune system with this virus,there are many changes in your body. Your body is getting out of control and results to imbalances in its function as it is striving to "keep its duty in guarding" you from invading virus.

because its the virus letting your body know your about to be sick and thats the time you should start treating yourself nip it in the bud as you call it before it gets worse
